There is so much hurt in the world and people are in desperate need everywhere we turn. It can get confusing, discouraging and overwhelming but we can all do a part....A thing is better than NO thing. I believe....that we cannot out-give God and that 'to whom much is given, much is required'. Because of that, and because my heart goes out to these girls who have experienced such pain, I have comitted that for this year 5% of all proceeds from weddings booked in 2011 will go toward furthering the work of Teen Challenge, specifically the young girls program. "The Teen Challenge program is a structured and disciplined program designed to develop a sense of personal responsibility, self-discipline, godly character, a sense of right and wrong and self-respect. The final result is a beautiful young lady in the Lord, respectful and respected, capable of completing what she begins and full of hope for the future."Many years ago I said yes to my prince charming and together we have lived our own version of a fairy tale.. It is my prayer that one day these young girls will be transformed into the women they were created to be. That there will come a day when she will stand at an altar with her prince charming, knowing she is forgiven and loved and live her own fairy tale.
